Shippers provide information regarding unpacking of the shipment, return policy, and damage in shipment. When unpacking the shipment, notice the water based ink stamped on each item. Do not rub off the ink while you unpack each item. This is a condition on items you decide to return. When you are satisfied with the conditions of your items, the ink may be washed.
Shippers honor returned shipment provided the conditions are met. Returned items must be received by the shipper within ten days of receipt, and the ink stamp must be intact on the item. If the cause of return is due to a shipping error, or product error, postage or shipping charges are refunded.
For damage in shipment, if there is a broken piece in the giftware items, the supplier has to be notified immediately. A replacement will be sent, if possible, or hold it for you. In some instances when the buyer has been a long time customer of the concerned supplier, the cost of the broken piece will be credited to the customer's account.
