Q: On average, how soon will I be able to receive my cartoon caricature from the time I place an order?
A: If you ordered a digital cartoon. We would normally have it done and email to you within 14 days. If you order a hardcopy, please allow an additional 3 weeks for delivery.

Q: What other products do you offer other than cartoon caricature?
A: We can also offer charcoal drawing, House Protrait, Watercolor drawing, Oil Portrait and more.

Q: What kind of photos should I send?
A: The quality of portrait depends highly on the quality of the photograph. The bigger the faces are, the better.

Q: Can you draw a caricature of my pet?
A: Yes. Just supply a clear photo and fill out the form.

Q: Do I have the right to reproduce my cartoon?
A: The cartoon we draw for you is yours. You may copy, reproduce, scan or display it in any manner you wish.

Q: Is there a discount for bulk orders?
A: Yes. Quantity 1-5 are charged at the standard rate. Quantity 6-10 will be charged at a discount of 10% per caricature. Quantity 11 and more will be charged at a discount of 15% per caricature.

Q: What is "paperless" ?
A: Drawing are delivered in digital format by email.

Q: What if I am not satisfield with my drawing?
A: We do everything we can to make every customer happy with their drawing.
